- ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Chef De Partie for its Hotel/ Resorts at Cox`s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section
- Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat, fish, salad& pastry
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

Educational Requirements
- Diploma /Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management /Culinary Arts (preferable)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 3-4 Years in the same position in a reputable Hotel/Resort
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Ability to manage Commis Chefs
- Ability to produce good quality food in all section's Good oral communication
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy
