Job Responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge and Experience in well reputed food service minimum 8 to 10 years.
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Maintain quality control for all food served.
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Train up new employees and provide ongoing training for all the staffs.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
