Job Responsibilities

  • Strong working knowledge and Experience in operation of Multi cuisine Restaurant including Bangla , Thai Chinese and Indian food minimum 5 to 10 years.
  • Conduct regular Marketing and promotion to boost up sales.
  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Maintain quality control for all food served.
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Train up new employees and provide ongoing training for all the staffs.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

  • The applicants should have experience in operation of Multi-cuisine Restaurant.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant
  • Familiar with Point of sale systems, MS office, Property management systems, Inventory Management System etc.
  • Skills Required: Hotel & Restaurant, Restaurant, Restaurant Expert, Restaurant management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, Hotel Restaurant, Restaurant management, well reputed franchises.
  • Well trained on Food & Beverage.
  • Experience as a high volume restaurant
  • Good organization and administrative skills
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
  • Basic Microsoft and Excel skills
