    TAKEOUT Ltd., a comprehensive & significant in fast-food restaurant business is looking for a self-driven Human Resource Executive to manage and direct all human resources (HR) tasks. The HR Executive must educate, train, monitor, problem-resolve and ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees, managers and executives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Managing Director and HR Manager to implement strategic HR plans that will benefit the company and motivate employees to focus on proper and efficient work.
  • Follow all HR protocols and procedures while recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and releasing personnel.
  • Create and direct all new employee recruiting and training procedures.
  • Maintain and update the employee database.
  • Be well-versed in Bangladesh labor law 2006.
  • Keep track of employee growth and the company's atmosphere and culture to ensure it remains good and productive.
  • Assist managers and staff in coordinating and organizing work operations.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and ensure that management and staff are well-connected.
  • Meet with workers on a regular basis for progress evaluations and assessments, as well as to discuss any difficulties, grievances, or conflict issues they may have.
  • Develop and execute any required changes to increase employee productivity (better assessment methods, incentive programs, etc.)
  • Encourage employees to speak out about problems in a good and open work atmosphere.
  • Manage and monitor testing on the company's goods and rules using just branch employees
