Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all HR & Admin functions of the factory.
- Develop HR Policies, Budget & Procedures and ensure its implementation.
- Recruitment, Selection & Placement
- Vehicle Management
- To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
- Monitor to ensure accuracy of ERP or Payroll Operation.
- All kinds of Reports, Agreement, Deed, Meeting Minutes & Circular.
- Renewal all kinds of license/ agreement & Membership.
- Manage & monitor employee's health, safety & environmental issues in the entire Office/ factory premises.
- Liaise with local and national institutions including local police and law enforcing agencies
- Motivate & Counsel to the staff regarding their Satisfaction, Duties, and Job Security & Benefits
- Handling Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions.
- Carry out regular internal compliance audit & put up recommendation, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
- Provide compliance training to the concern employee as and when required on compliance issues.
- Responsible for Fire Drill training/First Aid training/Rescue training, etc.
- Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, chemical hazards, storage and disposal.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
- Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance.
- Implement and supervise fire safety issues in accordance with Alliance/Accord standard.
- Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.

Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline/ MBA (Major in HRM)
- Masters/ LLM/ MBA with Diploma in HR or Personnel Management will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin, Compliance, HR - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Proven track records in the HR field with a renowned organization as Asst. Manager/Manager, HR.
- Experience in Food & Beverage company will be given preferable
- Excellent knowledge of Labor law and related.
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft office & Excel)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
