Cost Controller for Dera Resort & Spa

 

• ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Cost Controller Resorts at Cox`s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the costing for recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and suggest the selling price
• Perform test checking on the receiving of goods at the hotel to ensure that the procedures are followed correctly
• Prepare daily flash report of food costs and verify daily outlet void control sheets
• Attend major banquet events with open bar, prepare P&L statement of major banqueting events and prepare banquet revenue breakdown summaries
• Randomly test the inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking account of store issues and sales
• Verify and control complimentary bar order forms, Club Rotana Food & Beverage cost, fruit baskets in the rooms, etc.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Finance /Accounting, ACCA, CA Part Qualified (will be preferred).

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• At least 3 Years in the same position in a reputable Hotel/Resort.

You have the ability to think laterally and analytically, display a high level of integrity and have the ability to identify, impact and influence others. You are a strong team player, enthusiastic and flexible while possessing the following additional competencies:
