Public Space Attendant for Dera Resort & Spa

 

• ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Public Space Attendant for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox`s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Vacuum, clean, polish and maintain public spaces, such as restaurant, lobby, hallways, washrooms, changing rooms, fitness center, guest and housekeeping laundry
• Maintains and clean all exterior area around cottages and lodge
• Sweeps front stairs, kitchen stairs, and lodge exits
• Vacuum, clean, dust, and polish guest rooms if necessary
• Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as required
• Maintain hotel guest room and public space through preventative maintenance
• Stock and sort supplies
• Assists other departments as requested
• Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance department

Educational Requirements

• SSC /HSC / Diploma
• Working in any 3-5 Star standard Hotel in the same position will be preferred and considered for academic qualification.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• At least 2-3 Years in the same position in a reputable Hotel/Resort
• A secondary school diploma is preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Must be willing to learn, self-motivated, and be comfortable to work independently, early morning and overnight
• Excellent communication skills required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous property management system experience is an asset
• Attention to detail
