Head Butcher cum Production Manager

 

• We are a meat processing company looking for Energetic, Enthusiastic, Dynamic candidate to manage and lead a team of 15-20 staff at our factory.
• Candidates must need Specialization in any kind of Meat Cutting Skills, Good Communication Skill, Computer literacy, Training Capacity, Hardworking, Honest and Energetic.
• The candidate must have work experience as a Head Butcher/ Head Chef/ Chief Meat Processing Trainer/ in Recognized Restaurants/ Distinguished Hotels/ Agro/ Animal Process sectors. However, a Production Manager in relevant sectors such as Meat Processing Companies will be counted as extra advantages.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible as a Head Butcher to train all the Trainee Butchers/ Assistant Butchers to maintain quality production and achieving optimum level of management of the factory employees by proper monitoring.
• Must have the proper knowledge and Expertise in every kind of Meat Cutting Skills such as All kinds of Birds cut- Breast/Boneless/Wings/Drumstick and others, Specialized Chicken Cuts, Beef/Mutton/Red Meat cuts- T-bone/Ribs/Stakes etc. Without Expertise in cutting skill candidates will be counted as disqualified.
• Responsible for Quality Control (QC) of Production.
• He will be responsible to complete Daily Targeted Production and Constantly improve efficiency of the workforce to achieve for the company.
• Weighing live & processed product during operation, filling up the charts, inserting tags where applicable.
• Maintaining section wise efficiency of the workforce and optimize the production level as per order received from clients.
• Should possess knowledge of equipment and tools properly & safely. Maintain & keep all working areas clean and tidy ensuring no cross contamination
• Instant problem-solving capabilities, maintaining absolute hygiene during operation & inspection of factory equipment prior to daily operation.
• Documentation of daily activities, developing operating plan and reporting it directly to top management.
• Computer literacy & use of MS office software will be required for reporting.
• Factory operation will continue throughout the night till morning. Candidates having no issues working at night should apply.
